What distributors ask us
Who can become a NUQUE distributor?
Companies that resell salon furniture or equipment: distributors, wholesalers, B2B resellers, showrooms and professional online stores. The programme is not for salons buying for their own use.
Which countries is the programme open to?
France and the rest of Europe: the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland and the microstates. Each application is reviewed according to its market.
How do I get reseller prices?
The reseller price list is shared after we have reviewed your application, when we present the commercial terms.
Do I need a showroom?
No. A showroom, a professional online store or a sales team are all ways to resell. We discuss this when reviewing your application.
How does delivery work?
Delivery arrangements to your country are set out during the partnership review.
What are the warranty and after-sales terms?
The LIBI LIFT carries a 5-year warranty on the frame, motor and actuators, by part replacement. Warranty and after-sales arrangements for resellers are set out in the distribution agreement.
Who is responsible for installation?
NUQUE does not install the units. Installation is handled by the reseller or by a professional chosen by the end customer.
